RAGHU RESIDENCE

Raghu Residence
Built-up : 14000 sft
Project Status : Ongoing
Location: Judicial Layout, Bangalore

Located in Judicial Layout, Bengaluru’s established residential enclave, Raghu Residence exemplifies contemporary luxury through an architectural language centered on premium stone and marble materiality. This multi-level residence balances grand spatial gestures with intimate outdoor moments through thoughtfully integrated pocket balconies.

The design celebrates natural stone as the primary architectural vocabulary. Full-height marble wall panels, veined stone feature walls, and polished slab surfaces create dramatic visual impact throughout.

Entry foyer and living zones feature sculptural three-dimensional relief panels in pale stone, while darker marble varieties frame feature walls and structural columns. Warm timber accents in vertical slat screens and millwork provide textural contrast against the cool elegance of stone surfaces.

The double-height living space establishes volumetric drama, anchored by a cantilevered timber staircase that functions as sculptural centerpiece. Open-plan dining areas feature statement marble dining tables complemented by soft-form upholstered seating in neutral tones. Custom lighting, including circular metal chandeliers and pendant clusters, adds warmth and visual rhythm to high ceiling planes. Vertical timber screens define zones while maintaining visual connection between public spaces.

Strategic pocket balconies carved into the facade create intimate outdoor moments at multiple levels. These recessed spaces feature integrated planters with greenery that animates the facade, while providing residents private exterior zones for air and light without compromising interior climate control. The balconies establish layered depth and visual interest through alternating solid and void rhythms.

Ground-level private courtyard spaces connect indoor living with landscape through floor-to-ceiling glazing and horizontal planters. Stepped stone pavers navigate lawn areas, while concrete structural frames define edge boundaries and support upper-level balcony volumes.
