This villa was designed for Heritage builders. This villa development project
showcases thoughtful interior design that maximizes comfort and functionality
within modern community living spaces.
A short staircase with clear glass railings connects the social floor to the private bedroom levels. The interiors feature bright pastel colors and monotone finishes that create a fresh, contemporary atmosphere. A stylish bar counter serves as a focal point for entertaining, while the backyard garden provides a green escape.
Each bedroom combines timber paneling, soft curtain panels, and textured paint finishes. Work desks are positioned in window alcoves to capture natural light, and cozy seating nooks are built below windowsills. Storage is cleverly integrated into the architecture, with bookshelves framing beds, headboards flowing into fluted teak walls, and ledges doubling as nightstands. Every bedroom receives natural light through full-height windows opening to small planted balconies or from skylights above.
The staircase landings feature comfortable window seats positioned beneath skylights, creating perfect pause spots between floors. Potted plants and minimal artwork complete these transitional spaces.
The material palette stays consistent throughout. Large grey stone tiles flow across all common areas. Teak wood veneer set within graphite metal frames is used for shelving and partitions. Wall finishes and fabrics remain within ivory, taupe, charcoal, and soft ochre tones, creating a cohesive and calming environment.

Sightlines connect rooms across different levels, and furniture serves multiple functions to maximize space efficiency.
