ABOUT US
SUSHMA NANNURI R
I am Sushma, an architect and a graduate of RV School of Architecture (2010). My early exposure
to designing my own home during my academic years shaped my understanding of architecture
as a deeply human and emotional process.
This experience helped me recognise the importance of client relationships and how personal a space can be to the people who live in it. Since then, my design approach has been rooted in understanding people—their habits, aspirations, and psychological connection to space. I enjoy working closely with clients, listening beyond briefs, and translating their unspoken needs into thoughtful, functional environments. I believe good architecture quietly supports life, bringing comfort, clarity, and balance to those who inhabit it.

PUNIT SHANMUKHA
I am an architect who completed my architectural education in 2010 from R.V. College of
Architecture. My work is guided by a clear, minimal design approach that prioritizes functionality,
context, and thoughtful spatial planning.
With professional experience spanning concept design through execution, I focus on creating architecture that is practical, refined, and responsive to user needs. I value clarity in design—using proportion, material selection, and natural light to shape spaces that are efficient and enduring.
My approach emphasizes collaboration and precision, ensuring that design intent is consistently carried through all stages of a project. I believe architecture should be honest, purposeful, and grounded in its context, contributing quietly but meaningfully to the built environment.

NIKHIL SHETTY
Hi, I am Nikhil Shetty, an architect driven by a deep curiosity for the way we perceive everything
around us.
I find inspiration in people, places, and everyday moments—how life unfolds, how elements interact, and how everything works together as one. From an early age, I was fascinated by spaces that made you feel instantly welcome the moment you stepped inside. That quiet emotional connection between a space and its user is what drew me toward becoming a spatial architect.
I believe architecture is not just about buildings, but about experiences—how light enters a room, how materials speak, how proportions create comfort, and how design subtly influences the way we feel and move. My professional journey began at Khosla Associates, where I spent formative years honing my understanding of design, context, and spatial sensibility. This experience deepened my appreciation for thoughtful architecture and strengthened my approach toward creating meaningful spaces. Moving forward, I envision architecture that is subtle, simple, and sublime—spaces that don’t shout for attention, but quietly resonate, remain timeless, and feel deeply human.
