The marketing office feels like a modern Zen pavilion—open, calm, and welcoming. Spaces are visually connected but subtly defined, ensuring privacy without heaviness.
Open planning with clear sightlines Gentle transitions rather than hard partitions Thoughtful pauses created through empty space
Reception & Waiting Area
A low, linear reception desk with wooden slats, Behind it, a Japanese shoji-inspired screen or vertical timber fins, Minimal branding—logo engraved or backlit softly, Seating in low profiles with clean lines. A small Zen corner with raked gravel, stone, or moss elements subtly reinforces the theme.
MOCK APARTMENT – JAPANESE INSPIRED HOME
The living space reflects simplicity and mindfulness. Low seating inspired by floor-level living Clean-lined furniture with exposed wood
Interior spaces exercises restraint, employs fluted beige wall panels, horizontal wooden slat screens, and geometric brass chandeliers interpret principles of ma and wabi-sabi. Meeting spaces and business centers demonstrate flexible boundaries through translucent screens that maintain visual connectivity while providing privacy. Multi-level planning creates strolling experiences where each turn reveals curated perspectives of bamboo-framed garden views.
